DISD in court today over bond sales

Attorneys for DISD were in Dallas County district court today asking for approval to sell bonds for the new construction program approved by voters in May. A federal civil rights lawsuit filed against DISD in July will keep the Texas Attorney General's office from approving any bond sales.
